Take care of your mental health and relationships by finding inner peace – psychotherapy provides a space where you can better understand yourself, learn to manage stress, build self-confidence, and create healthy, fulfilling relationships. Together, we will find solutions that help you regain balance and live more fully.
I completed my psychology degree at Columbia University, gaining a strong theoretical and practical foundation in mental health and therapy. I then completed a four-year integrative psychotherapy training at a renowned center accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA).
I regularly participate in training sessions and conferences on psychotherapy, expanding my knowledge in areas such as schema therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and couples therapy. I hold a psychotherapy certification and work under regular supervision.
My professional experience includes over 10 years of therapeutic work with adults, couples, and adolescents. I have worked in psychological counseling centers, crisis intervention facilities, and private practice. I support individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, life crises, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem.
For the past several years, I have been running my own psychotherapy practice, helping clients regain emotional balance and build fulfilling lives. In my work, I integrate various therapeutic approaches, tailoring methods to the unique needs of each individual.
I believe that everyone has the strength to change, and therapy is a path to deeper self-understanding and discovering effective ways to cope with challenges. I create a safe, accepting space where my clients can openly express their concerns and work together to find solutions.
